Description
The 2016 Economic Outlook Breakfast is on Tuesday, November 8 at UIS in the Public Affairs Center, 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. Each year, business leaders in Sangamon County gather at The Chamber’s Economic Outlook Breakfast to learn about the condition of our economy. A nationally recognized economist presents an overview of our national economy and how it will impact our local community. Global issues that drive U.S. economics and an outlook for investment markets will also be reviewed.
Allen Sukholitsky, Vice President and senior strategist of Goldman Sachs Asset Management Strategic Advisory Solutions, through client engagement, focuses on economic and market strategy, advanced portfolio construction techniques, and investment implementation.
Allen has been with Goldman Sachs for six years. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he worked in wealth management on a team of investment counselors responsible for asset allocation and manager selection for ultra-high net worth clients.
Mr. Sukholitsky received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He has been a featured speaker at dozens of financial industry conferences and keynote speaker events.
Additionally, results from the fall 2016 Sangamon County Business Economic Outlook Survey, which is conducted by the UIS Survey Research Office on behalf of The Chamber bi-annually, will be announced. Representatives from UIS and The Chamber will be available for comment.
