Job Description
The Manager of Member Recruitment is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing a comprehensive year round recruitment plan for girl and adult troop membership throughout the council.  The Manager of Member Recruitment is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Member Recruiting Specialist Team and Volunteers, and for working in tandem with the Director of Member Support to ensure state-of-the-art tools, systems, procedures and processes are available and in place to serve the membershp. As a member of the council team, the Manager of Member Recruitment will work with the management team in establishing and integrating the council's operational strategies.
