DESCRIPTION:The Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce and Dale Carnegie Training of Greater Illinois\, Inc. are partnering to offer "Leadership in a Digital Age"\, a leadership development seminar presented by Steve Garland.\n\n\n\nClearly leaders have faced some unique challenges over the last couple of years. Pressure has been applied to engagement\, communication and team dynamics by the virtual dynamics each of us navigate.\n\n\n\nIn this workshop we will examine foundational leadership principles and strategies we can use to reengage our teams in a digital age. This will be an interactive 90 minutes where we will share ideas that work and discuss the challenges we face as we lead in the new normal of 2022.
