DESCRIPTION:The Springfield Lucky Horseshoes are excited to announce the Leadoff Luncheon on May 28th (3 weeks from today!)\, a new annual preseason event for fans\, partners\, and members of the community to meet and hear from 'Shoes players and coaches. \n\nIn partnership with the Midtown Rotary Club\, the Leadoff Luncheon will be hosted at the VFW Lafore Lock Post 755 located at 2211 Old Jacksonville Rd\, Springfield\, IL 62704. Programming will begin at 12:00 PM with a catered lunch included with admission. \n\n"We're excited to grow our partnership with the Midtown Rotary Club for the 2024 'Shoes Leadoff Luncheon. We love any chance we have to make that direct connection between our community and our team and look forward to seeing Lucky Horseshoes fans there!" said 'Shoes Chief Storyteller Jamie Toole.\n\n The Midwest Rotary Club is a local organization dedicated to enhancing and improving communities and lives. The group's main four pillars of community service include Washington Middle School's Literacy program\, Veterans\, The Outlet\, and Girls on the Run.\n\nThe entire roster\, players\, and\, coaches of the Springfield Lucky Horseshoes will be in attendance to interact with fans and answer questions about the upcoming season. \n\nTickets are on sale now at Tickets.ShoesBaseball.com with options including single-seat tickets and tables of eight.
