The Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce and Dale Carnegie Training are partnering to offer “Powerful People Skills”, a leadership development series for members only.
Join us for the third installment, Goal Achievement and Sharing Glory, presented by Steve Garland. Everyone knows the value of setting goals, but not everyone understands the fundamentals of how to achieve them. We will discuss the fundamental mindsets, principles and strategies for achieving goals and how to best share the glory for goal achievement. Sharing the glory is a powerful motivator that reinforces and rewards the most important outcomes people create for our organizations.
