The Operations Specialist supports procurement and recipient services at Hospital Sisters Mission Outreach to build and maintain relationships with regional medical supply/equipment donors, facilitate customer support for international recipients, and provide logistical support to achieve the highest possible quality and efficiency for operations (procurement and customer services).
Associates degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health or related field is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, International Relations/Business, Public Health or related field is preferred.
High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of logistics, project management, supply chain, customer service or biomedical equipment experience may be considered in lieu of an Associate’s degree.
2-3 years of work experience in logistics, project management, supply chain, customer service, or biomedical equipment is preferred.
Ability to speak Spanish and/or French fluently is preferred.
