Create detailed architectural estimates for new construction and renovation projects. Conduct site visits and attend progress meetings to monitor the progression of projects throughout the construction phase and on to completion. Review shop drawing submittals, Generate project inspection reports, coordinates change order paperwork, approve contractor pay requests, and prepare punch-lists. Understand plans and specifications to identify the types and grades of materials and equipment needed and to ensure compliance with project requirements. Construction experience required. Must be proficient at multi-tasking and organizing activities to meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
