Human Resources Coordinator

A Springfield charity-based business is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. Applicants should be prepared to assist with various aspects of human resources work, including creating job postings, coordinating job fairs, conducting background & reference checks, making job offers, conducting drug screens, scheduling start dates, and more. This position would be great for anyone familiar with human resources or internal office operations.

• Pay starts at $19-$21 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule. Keep your evenings and weekends free.
