Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Express is hiring!! We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is a great opportunity to make an impact on our local community for our three franchise locations and make an impact in our business building the Express brand. This is a new full-time position within our company, so the right candidate can tap into their creativity to make this something great!

What we look for:

• 3-5 years of marketing/social media influencing in a professional setting
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required with experience
• Storytelling/creative writing abilities, ad writing and design, reading and understanding analytics, familiarity with webpage design
• Ability to work with a team
• Demonstrates positive attitude, grit, forward thinking mentality, goal-driven

Responsibilities Include:

• Demonstrated growth in all aspects of marketing, communications, and social media platforms
• Working with all 3 franchises-Bloomington, Springfield, and Jacksonville
• Communications with all Express customers (workforce, workplace, internal)
• Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Implementing marketing programs
• Creating and implementing email marketing campaigns
• Reviewing analytics of all platforms
• Managing online reviews and driving positive results
• Management of advertising budget
