Part Time Sales Associates will assist customers at the store and over the phone by determining needs and recommending appropriate products and services. This involves providing a great customer experience to all customer types- including homeowners and contractors by making product/color/application recommendations based on the customer’s specific project needs. You will receive paid training. You will also have to pull the appropriate products from the sales floor/warehouse, and tint and mix them according to customer specifications- working hands on with paint products. Responsibilities also include preparing customer orders for pick-up or delivery, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting in warehouse duties- unloading trucks and stocking merchandise. This job is fast paced, active, and physically demanding; you will be unloading pallets and on your feet most of the day helping customers, lifting boxes and paint buckets, up to 50 lbs.
