LLCC’s 30^th Annual Veterans Day Ceremony

LLCC will honor veterans at its 30th annual Veteran Day Ceremony, which begins at 12:30 p.m. in A. Lincoln Commons on the Springfield campus.
 
Scouting America Troop 310 from Chatham will post the colors. The program includes Rep. Wayne Rosenthal, LLCC Board of Trustees Chair and retired Brigadier General, Illinois Air National Guard, serving as master of ceremonies; Sgt. Grant Durham, LLCC student and United States Army Veteran providing remarks; LLCC Student Trustee Addy Blimling presenting the wreath; Dawon Drew, LLCC student, singing the national anthem; and Charles Walker, LLCC student, playing “Taps.”
 
A reception will follow.
