Springfield Housing Authority seeking bids

The Springfield Housing Authority (SHA) has released an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for qualified individuals or businesses to lay floor tile in the various units the SHA owns and/or manages.

The SHA will provide tile, cove base, and adhesives. A pre‐bid conference will be held on April 12, 2021, at 10:00 am in the main conference room of the Springfield Housing Authority located at 200 N 11th Street. The SHA encourages minority owned or small businesses to Partner with the SHA to complete this work. The SHA can provide assistance in the filling out of paperwork and/or HUD forms.
