Quote:  “I love it when tourists and downtown workers and shoppers pause as they walk from one place to another; look around for the source of music; then drift over to enjoy the free concerts that the Arts Council has been providing for over twenty years.  As we come out of the pandemic, I’m particularly happy that we can provide a bit of income to local entertainers.”
