Description

Sojourn Shelter & Service's 7^th Annual Comedy Event Fundraiser at Pole Barn Chic Events is coming up, and we'd love to have you as a sponsor- or in the audience! In our 52nd year, Sojourn is located in Springfield and serves Sangamon, Christian, Logan, Menard and Montgomery County in Illinois.

Why attend, you ask?

You deserve a night out.
Good comedy, good company, and an excuse to forget about work and everyday life for a few hours.
You’ll laugh—and your sponsorship actually matters.
The money raised helps Sojourn provide services and support to people affected by domestic violence right here in our communities.
It’s more fun with friends.
Grab your spouse, coworkers, neighbors, or that friend who desperately needs to get out of the house. Make it a group night out.
It’s not your typical fundraiser.
No long speeches. No rubber-chicken banquet. It’s a genuine comedy show that happens to support a great cause.
You can have a great time while doing something good.
Sometimes supporting your community really can be as simple as showing up, laughing, and enjoying yourself.

Buy tickets on the website- www.help4dv.org -and get ready for the best date night of the year! Tickets include hors d'oeuvres.
Our comedian is Arvin Mitchell, he's HYSTERICAL! And look for Chris Kattan and Maria Libri as our host and hostess! WOW! Don't miss it!
