This workshop builds on foundational project management concepts by guiding learners through the planning, execution, monitoring, control, communication, and completion phases of the project life cycle. Through hands-on activities, project simulations, peer feedback and case study application, participants practice defining project scope, creating planning artifacts, assessing project status, responding to project changes and risks, communicating with stakeholders and evaluating project outcomes. The workshop concludes with lessons learned, sustainability planning and opportunities for learners to apply project management practices to initiatives within their own organizations.
Prerequisite: Project Management Foundations or instructor approval.
