Description

Support groups create a safe, confidential, supportive environment or community and a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships. They also educate and inform participants about dementia and help participants develop methods and skills to solve problems.

This in-person dementia caregiver support group meets in person on the first Tuesday of each month from 1 pm to 2 pm. Registration is strongly encouraged; call AgeLinc (Area Agency on Aging for Lincolnland) at 217.787.9234 or the Alzheimer's Association 24/7 Helpline at 1.800.272.3900 to register.
