Workplaces change through new systems, shifting priorities, staffing changes, process updates, evolving customer needs and changing expectations. This workshop helps participants build the practical skills needed to stay effective when work feels uncertain or disrupted. Participants will learn how to reset after setbacks, separate facts from assumptions, adjust priorities, ask clarifying questions, communicate needs or barriers and choose a productive next step. Through realistic workplace scenarios, participants will practice strategies they can use immediately to stay focused, adaptable and effective through change.
