This support group is for men who are caregivers for a loved one with memory loss or dementia. It meets the 4th Thursday of each month from 6 pm to 7 pm. Participation is by phone or virtual. Registration is required for each meeting. Please call our toll free Helpline at 1.800.272.3900 to register.

Alzheimer’s Association® caregiver support groups, conducted by trained facilitators, are a safe place for caregivers, family and friends of persons with dementia to:
• Develop a support system.
• Exchange practical information on caregiving challenges and possible solutions.
• Talk through issues and ways of coping.
• Share feelings, needs and concerns.
• Learn about community resources.
Offered through the Alzheimer's Association, Illinois Chapter - Springfield office . The Springfield office of the Alzheimer's Association Illinois Chapter serves 12 counties in Central Illinois.
