The Springfield Area Arts Council will be celebrating their 39th anniversary of First Night Springfield on December 31st with a ribbon cutting at 11:45 a.m. This event will be held at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, where the kids’ activities will begin. Please join the Springfield Area Arts Council as they celebrate this exciting milestone for our city!
