Conflict is part of managing people. The key issue is not whether conflict occurs, but how quickly and skillfully you respond when tensions begin to rise. This interactive workshop helps participants recognize early warning signs, stay grounded under pressure, address issues directly and use practical communication techniques to reduce defensiveness and move conversations toward resolution. Participants will practice handling common workplace situations involving performance concerns, tone problems, frustration, resistance and emotionally charged interactions. This workshop is grounded in de-escalation principles, conflict psychology and communication strategies that help participants maintain relationships while upholding expectations and standards.
