Description
The Springfield & Sangamon County Continuum of Learning invites you to join us on Wednesday, June 29, from 1:30 to 3:30 pm at the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce to learn how we can significantly increase work-based learning experiences for our students.
Representatives will discuss Career Cruising's INSPIRE software and how it can benefit our community. This software will help students engage with Career Coaches – real working people representing a broad range of occupations – to answer students’ questions and share their experiences. Companies send targeted messages to students who have expressed an interest in the company or the careers in which it employs people. Students sign up for job shadowing and summer internships.
