Description
The purpose of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality inventory is to make the theory of psychological types described by Carl Jung applicable to everyone's lives.
Current and potential Benedictine academic partners are invited to attend a free workshop where participants will:
- Take the assessment and work with a certified MBTI consultant,
- Discover their individual assessment results,
- Workshop with other professionals to understand the four personality dichotomies and how MBTI can encourage team building, better performance, and higher job satisfaction,
- Leave knowing their specific personality types with additional resources for understanding the strengths and weaknesses of their personality types.
