Description
Benedictine University?s National Moser Center for Adult Learning invites Central Illinois adults to learn more about how they can earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in just 18 months and for only $10,000 ? an unprecedented higher education pricing strategy. Informational sessions will be held from 5:30 ? 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 16 and Thursday, Mar. 24, at the Brinkerhoff Home on the BenU campus, located at 1500 N. Fifth Street. Responding to the need for affordable higher education, coupled with the national demand for M.B.A. graduates who can solve critical problems, lead with ethics and empathy, and demonstrate high emotional intelligence in the workplace, the National Moser Center launched the $10K M.B.A. program in 2014. The Benedictine M.B.A. program has been preparing students for executive and managerial positions for more than 35 years, and has more than 5,000 alumni. The $10K M.B.A. program is offered in a blended format which supports 24/7 access to coursework. The blended model schedules a weekly face-to-face, small group learning session in a classroom setting along with web-based learning activities. Following the Next Generation model, $10K M.B.A. courses integrate contemporary digital technologies to help students learn technology skill sets that are expected in the work force. Busy professionals will find the collaborative engagement opportunities, independent web-based learning, and use of productivity technologies operating in concert to promote critical-thinking and problem-solving.
