Description
A Matter of Balance is a structured program consisting of 8 2-hour sessions that include group discussion and light exercise. Whether you have a history of falls or you are just looking to become more active, this program is designed to benefit any older adult.
Cost: $30 (full refund if you attend 5 of the 8 sessions)
Session Dates: July 11th, 18th, and 25th, August 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th.
