Description
Communication drives workplace engagement. In this session, participants will become more strategic about communication as a professional skill. They will identify their personal communication style and compare it with those of peers, supervisors and customers. Participants will learn how to customize their approach to achieve better results. The course also explores best practices for managing in-person, written and digital interactions to prevent conflict and promote productivity. Participants will leave with new methods for connecting with others at work and contributing as high-performing employees.
