RISE Springfield Leadership Conference

We are excited to announce the first annual RISE Springfield Leadership Conference presented by INB. This conference will be a full-day event designed for young professionals eager to enhance their leadership and professional skills. Event speakers will cover a wide range of professional development topics including effective communication skills, team building & collaboration, networking & relationship building, personal branding & professional image, time management, and emotional intelligence.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in professional development sessions, multiple networking opportunities, and more throughout the day. Lunch will be provided for attendees. The conference will conclude with a reception for young professionals to unwind and continue to build their professional connections.
