Description
The Springfield Papa Murphy's will be hosting a Community Blood Drive at our ImpactLife Springfield Donor Center at 1999 Wabash Ave on Monday, May 12 from 8am-5pm. Appointments are NOT required at our Donor Centers however, if you would like to schedule for a particular time slot, please call ImpactLife at 800-747-5401 to make an appointment.
All donors will get a coupon for a FREE Side item from Papa murphy's that can be redeemed at either store.
All successful donors will also receive an ImpactLife Reward of their choice-either an egift card(Target, Amazon etc.), use Bonus Points in our online Rewards Store or choose a charitable donation to your favorite nonprofit.
