Cozy Dog is hosting their Quarterly week long Community Blood Drive at our Springfield ImpactLife Donor Center at 1999 Wabash Ave Monday 3/9-Saturday 3/15-times vary per day of the week:
Monday/Tuesday 8am-5pm Wednesday 8am-5:30pm Thursday 7am-5:30pm Friday 7am-3pm
Saturday 7am-1:30pm Sunday 7am-11am
Appointments are not required at our Donor Centers however, if you would like to schedule for a particular time slot, please call ImpactLife at 800-747-5401.
If you can't make it this week, donate anytime at the Donor Center & credit COZY DOG on the sign in sheets.
All donors will receive a coupon for 2 FREE COZY DOGS and all successful donors will also receive their choice of either an egift card , bonus points or choose to donate to charity! The featured Reward item for March is a St. Patty's Tee Shirt.
