Description
The annual gathering of area business owners, local and state officials, and other community leaders that features an annual address from both the Mayor of Springfield, Misty Buscher, and the Sangamon County Board Chairman, Andy Van Meter. Each provides a brief overview of the current status, achievements, challenges, and future directions of the city and county, respectively. Following those, they answer questions posed in advanced by attendees.
Chamber staff will review all questions and have sole discretion in determining which questions are asked at the event. It is the Chamber's intention to include a diverse selection to the Mayor and Chairman. Time constraints may limit the number of questions we are able to ask.
