Booth Fees

Youth Job Fair Only (12:00 - 2:00 p.m.)

$175 per booth (Early Bird Rate on or before February 11)
$250 per booth (Member Rate after February 11)
$425 per booth (Non-Member Fee)

Traditional Job Fair Only (4:00 - 6:00 p.m.)

$175 per booth (Early Bird Rate on or before February 11)
$250 per booth (Member Rate after February 11)
$425 per booth (Non-Member Fee)

Both Youth & Traditional Job Fairs

$325 per booth (Early Bird Rate on or before February 11)
$400 per booth (Member Rate after February 11)
$750 per booth (Non-Member Fee)

This registration fee will includes snacks and beverages during the break between the Youth Job Fair and Traditional Job Fair.

Registrations made and not canceled within 72 hours of the event will be responsible for payment and can't be refunded.

Description

In an effort to help connect businesses with high school and college students seeking summer employment or internships, the Chamber's Spring Job Fair will feature a special time to focus on a Youth Job Fair which will take place from 12:00 - 2:00 pm. There will also be a traditional Job Fair from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. Both components of the Job Fair will be held at the Crowne Plaza Springfield Convention Center.

The Youth & Traditional Job Fairs will be promoted via print, radio, and social media extensively to bring quality candidates in front of employers for both fairs. The Chamber is also working with Sangamon County school districts and local colleges to spread the word to students.

The Chamber's Job Fair has historically provided members the opportunity to meet quality candidates for openings in their businesses and organizations.
