This Springfield organization has been in business since 2005. Their current Business Manager will be shifting into retirement, and they are looking for someone who can take over. Many of their employees have been with the company for 10+ years.
Salary:
$50,000 - $55,000

Your role with the company:
The Assistant Business Manager will become responsible for posting the day-to-day bookkeeping records, such as account payables, account receivables, and deposits. In addition, the person will complete bi-weekly payroll for around 40 employees. Also, Human Resources responsibilities will include open enrollment discussions, screening and interviewing candidates, and new hire orientations.
Background Profile:
  • Bookkeeper w/ accounting experience (2 years minimum)
  • Organized with high attention to detail.
  • Compassionate and people focused.
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Payroll/HR experience is a plus.
