Caseworker

A Springfield consulting group is seeking a Caseworker who is experienced in social work. In this role, you will conduct client intakes, assess needs, and provide support throughout the consulting process. You will help clients navigate challenges and access the resources they need to achieve their goals! 

Duties Include:

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Provide ongoing case management support, including regular follow-ups and progress assessments.
• Manage a caseload of 20-30 active cases at a time

What You Get:

• Earn up to $22/hour depending on experience
• Work M-F 8am-4pm
