New Business Risk Advisor

Successful Springfield State Farm Agency is seeking a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting client relationships. As a New Business Advisor with Damon Priddy State Farm, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

• Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health license within 90 days of employment.
