At Damon Priddy State Farm, we’re not your average insurance agency — we’re a high-performance, community-driven team helping Springfield families protect what matters most and plan for their futures. As a New Business Risk Advisor, you’ll play a key role in growing our agency by building relationships, uncovering client needs, and recommending personalized insurance and financial solutions across auto, home, life, and business lines.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and service-focused environment. You’ll work alongside an experienced leadership team — including our COO & Senior Advisor as well as other advisors in the role, with hands-on coaching, daily collaboration, and a clear career path toward career growth!
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively engage new prospects through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community networking.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and offer tailored solutions across State Farm products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly production goals in auto, home, life, and financial services.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences from the first call to policy issue — building trust and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate closely with our service and leadership teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention.
What You’ll Bring:
- A positive, driven, and competitive mindset with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients.
- The confidence to sell, the curiosity to learn, and the discipline to follow through.
- (Preferred) Sales or customer service experience; insurance licenses are a plus but not required — we’ll help you get licensed.
