The Land of Lincoln Workforce Alliance
(LLWA) is seeking a Workforce Specialist to
support workforce development services
primarily in Sangamon County, while also
serving as a liaison to Christian County.
This position supports federally funded
workforce programs by providing direct
services to job seekers, and job search
assistance. The Workforce Specialist also
conducts assessments, coordinates
workshops, and assists participants in
accessing employment and training
resources.
The Workforce Specialist works closely with
community partners, employers, and
workforce agencies to support regional
workforce initiatives.
