What products and services does your business offer?
At INB, we offer a wide variety of products for individual and business customers. With several different departments, it allows us to provide the services of large national banks, but we’re still able to develop strong customer relationships and offer the community bank feel. Customers can go to any branch knowing they will receive the proper assistance.
A few featured services that INB provides include Positive Pay for businesses, debit card alerts, the ability to print personal debit cards in branch, and a consumer-friendly online banking app. INB also offers a ClickSwitch program that allows new customers to transfer their auto payments and/or certain deposits to the new INB account. INB’s Wealth Department can assist customers in planning for their future or the future of a loved one.

INB truly is the type of bank that puts the best interest of the customers first, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to provide convenience and safety while providing several locations in the Springfield area to make banking easy for its customers.
The Ambassadors are The Chamber's membership committee. Committee members work to increase awareness of Chamber activities and programs to potential and current members. Ambassadors also serve as Chamber representatives at events such as ribbon cuttings, Chamber on Tap, and Coffee & Connections.
