April Price named April Colleague of the Month for Memorial Health Ambulatory Group

April Price, a patient service specialist with Memorial Care in Chatham, has been named April Colleague of the Month for the Memorial Health Ambulatory Group.

Multiple colleagues nominated Price for the honor, noting her kindness with patients and her willingness to step in wherever she is needed, including support for the urgent care team in the clinic.

“April goes above and beyond for every patient she encounters and even those who aren't technically her patients,” wrote one nominator.

Price has worked for Memorial Health for two years and is known for watching closely for patient needs and acting quickly, whether that means helping someone into a wheelchair, getting them added to the urgent care tracker or assisting with other tasks that help shorten wait times.

One colleague shared that “April definitely makes the day better, easier and way more fun for both patients and staff."
