EP!C Announces New Executive Team Member

EP!C is excited to announce the addition of a new Executive Team member.
 
As the Vice President of Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance Melody Shake will provide strategic guidance, direction, and oversight of agency-wide improvement through data, quality, and compliance measurements to ensure compliance with agency, local, state, and national initiatives and requirements.
 
Melody has over 30 years of diverse experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in quality management and compliance. Her career began at Graham Services Corporation in 1994, where she advanced from Medical Records Clerk to Team Leader of Centralized Registration. She later served as an Interventional Radiology Technologist II at OSF St. Francis Medical Center and as Director of Quality Management at Graham Health System. Most recently, Melody was the Vice President of Quality and Compliance at Heartland Health Services from 2016 to 2024.
 
Melody holds a Diploma in Radiologic Technology from OSF St. Francis School of Radiology, a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Leadership, and a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of St. Francis. She earned her Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) certification in 2015, underscoring her commitment to excellence in healthcare quality and leadership.
