TAYLORVILLE, Ill.—HSHS Medical Group is pleased to welcome Casey Dively, APRN, to their team. Dively is now scheduling patients of all ages at HSHS Medical Group Multispecialty Care – Taylorville at 1304 W. Burnett Dr., Taylorville.
As a family medicine nurse practitioner, Dively is committed to providing holistic and comprehensive care for patients of all ages. She strives to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to support not just the patient but the community as well. Dively is a graduate of Taylorville High School and is committed to giving back to Central Illinois by promoting wellness and empowering patients.
Dively earned her Master of Science in nursing and Bachelor of Science in nursing from Graceland University in Independence, Missouri.
