Knob Hill Landscape Company Announces True-North: Its New Company Headquarters

Knob Hill Landscape Company is proud to announce the development of a transformative new facility that will become the company’s new headquarters as operations, staff, and day-to-day functions transition into this expanded space, referred to as Knob Hill True-North.

Since its founding in 2011, Knob Hill Landscape Company has continued to grow into an award winning and nationally recognized leader in the industry—most recently marked by the opening of Knob Hill West, a turn-key outdoor living showroom launched in 2025. As the company enhances its all-inclusive landscape maintenance services, including lawn care and expanded service capabilities, the need for a larger, more versatile operational center has become increasingly evident.

“By expanding our services this year, we needed a place to stretch our legs. We had the opportunity to acquire this property,” said Landon Kirby, Co-Owner of Knob Hill Landscape Company. “This new location will allow us to add several different options to our services. It’s going to allow us more storage…we’ll even have a couple of greenhouses to grow our own material.”

True-North will consolidate the company’s operations into one primary center, offering significantly expanded space and capabilities to support both current and future services. Key features of the new facility include:

• Expanded capacity for Knob Hill’s all-inclusive maintenance program
• Onsite storage for plant material, trees, natural stone, boulders, and hardscape inventory
• Greenhouses to grow company-produced plant material
• Increased space for equipment, materials, and team operations

“Opportunities for our staff and everyone at Knob Hill are absolutely unlimited at this space,” added Kirby.
As part of this transition, Knob Hill Landscape Company will be moving all staff to True-North and selling the Camp Sangamo location this summer. Knob Hill West will continue to operate as the company’s dedicated outdoor living showroom, providing clients with an immersive experience of the craftsmanship and design quality Knob Hill is known for. True-North represents a pivotal next chapter—one that strengthens the company’s operational foundation, supports service expansion, and creates room for continued innovation.
