Madison Street Closure-For Railroad Repairs

The Union Pacific is planning to make repairs to their railroad tracks at the 3^rd street railroad on Madison Street.  This work is scheduled to begin on Tuesday November 11^th and be completed by Thursday November 13^th.  The repairs will require a full closure of Madison Street between 2^nd Street and 4^th Street. 
 
This closure is anticipated to cause heavy traffic congestion on Madison Street and 2^nd Street near the closure and delays should be expected.  Motorists are strongly encouraged to use alternative routes and avoid the closure location.
