Mahan Named November Memorial Health Ambulatory Colleague of the Month

SPRINGFIELD – Marissa Mahan, an advanced practice provider with Memorial Care in Chatham, is the Memorial Health Ambulatory Colleague of the Month for November.

Mahan was praised for an empathetic, caring and thorough approach to her patients, working tirelessly to provide care and, when necessary, obtain referrals for next steps.

“She is amazing to all,” her nominator wrote. “She does not see physical variables, size, color, sexual orientation. She speaks to her patients on an equal level, builds a rapport and provides a gold standard of care. She also builds up her colleagues. Marissa is everything you want in a health care provider.”
