WHAT: The University of Illinois Springfield Campus Child Advocates student organization will place blue pinwheels to honor the lives of children who died as the result of child abuse or neglect in 2023.
WHEN: 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 9
WHERE: UIS Quad by the colonnade
DETAILS: The pinwheels will be placed in planters near the UIS colonnade and a brief ceremony will be held.
