Mocny Named April Colleague of the Month for System Resources at Memorial Health

SPRINGFIELD – Emily Mocny, an organization development consultant, is the Memorial Health System Resources Colleague of the Month for April.

    Mocny is highly regarded by her peers as a change management guru. She has assisted in several high-profile projects, establishing standard organizational management principles to system-wide initiatives.

    “Emily never does anything without giving it 110%, and she will never let a colleague feel like they are alone in their journey of change,” wrote her nominator. “In a recent project, Emily spent countless hours sitting with colleagues, leaders and teams to discuss how change would affect them personally. She ensured that answers were provided appropriately to the right leaders.”

    Mocny was also praised for taking a people-first approach in her work and fostering a safe environment to ensure individuals feel comfortable participating and sharing concerns.

    Mocny has worked for Memorial Health since 2014.
