CITP Offers Wireless Ultrasound Devices For MDs And Now Veterinarians
Central Illinois Tech Partners (CITP), headquartered in Springfield, was founded to meet the increasing technology needs of Central Illinois businesses. Our technical and training consultant Carl Gold, M.D., based in the greater Springfield area, is a global expert in wireless handheld ultrasound technology. He now helps veterinarians with these devices. Wireless devices are much easier for veterinarians to use than carts.
About half of all US veterinarians use ultrasound in their practices: faster, more accurate exams, diagnosing the unseen, greater billings and revenue, easier explanations and more client satisfaction. Totally wireless resolves the problems with cables and carts, moving to a special exam room or compounding the fear of already anxious animals (the probe comes with 5g WiFi built in).
This all started when a veterinarian struggling with navigating around scared moving animals while tethered to a cable thought there was a better way. He eventually developed a micronized handheld device with a tiny WiFi chip instead of a cable and many off-the-shelf components. We offer a selection of the latest technology in devices that can be used for a multitude of medical and veterinary purposes.
