Otten Named April Colleague of the Month for System Resources at Memorial Health

SPRINGFIELD – Daniel Otten, a telecom engineer with Information Systems, is the Memorial Health System Resources Colleague of the Month for April.

Recently a system outage caused a loss of cell service that disrupted the work of specialists, and they were unable to take calls or pages. The outage caused them to have to move to a temporary location. Otten worked diligently to follow up, trying different potential solutions to resolve the issue.

“Dan always goes above and beyond to solve any issue we throw his way,” wrote his nominator. “He is appreciated by many for his great work ethic. He always takes his job seriously and does his best to complete the job at hand.”

Otten has worked for Memorial Health since 2016.
