New Members
The Sangamon County Fair Board invites sponsors, volunteers and community members to a special evening of appreciation at 6 p.m. March 28 at the Sangamon County Fairgrounds. This free event is a “thank you” to the many individuals, businesses and families who make the Sangamon County Fair a success year after year.
Guests can enjoy a fun-filled evening featuring:
- Live entertainment at 8 p.m. by Neon Rodeo—a 90s country tribute band
- Complimentary taco and nacho bar while supplies last
- Drinks available for purchase
- Multiple opportunities to win cash and prizes
In the spirit of giving back, a food drive will also be held during the event to benefit local food pantries. Attendees who bring a donation will be entered into a giveaway, with additional drawings planned throughout the evening.
“This event is about celebrating the people who make our fair possible,” said Roy Pierceall, president of the fair board. “We are proud to be part of such a supportive community and look forward to a great night together.”
