The University of Illinois Springfield is expanding opportunities for working professionals to gain in-demand marketing expertise through the launch of its new MBA Certificate in Marketing and Graduate Certificate in Marketing. Beginning in Fall 2025, these programs will be available in an online format, offering flexibility for students looking to advance their careers while balancing work and personal commitments.
As an early adopter of online education, UIS recognizes the potential of this modality to expand access to higher education. Today, UIS continues to drive innovation by offering high-quality, workforce-aligned programs that prepare students for success in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

The new online offerings include:
- MBA Certificate in Marketing – Designed for business professionals seeking to enhance their strategic marketing skills within an MBA framework.
- Graduate Certificate in Marketing – Ideal for individuals looking to develop specialized marketing expertise without committing to a full degree program.
