Beginning Wednesday, July 22, east-bound traffic on W. Washington Street will be restricted between Amos and Lincoln Streets and north-bound Amos Street will be restricted between Monroe and W. Washington Streets for a water main replacement project along W. Washington Street. Work is expected to take multiple weeks. The lanes will reopen after surface pavement repairs are complete. The work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled for the next dry weather day in the event of rain.
Motorists should plan to take alternative routes to avoid delays and should slow down and drive with caution around this work zone.
