MAYOR BUSCHER NAMES SCOTT ROGERS CHIEF UTILITY ENGINEER AT CWLP
Today, Mayor Misty Buscher announced Scott Rogers will assume the role of Chief Utility Engineer at City Water Light & Power (CWLP) for the City of Springfield in April. Mayor Misty Buscher, along with Community Relations Director Ethan Posey, are pleased to announce that the City of Springfield in partnership with the Office of Community Relations, will launch the Springfield Minority Business Institute (SMBI), a new multi-week educational initiative beginning in February 2026.
