MAYOR BUSCHER NAMES SCOTT ROGERS CHIEF UTILITY ENGINEER AT CWLP
Today, Mayor Misty Buscher announced Scott Rogers will assume the role of Chief Utility Engineer at City Water Light & Power (CWLP) for the City of Springfield in April.
